Amazon.com Product Description
Outstanding performance and rugged good looks distinguish this masculine-looking watch from Bulova's Marine Star series. The attractive navy blue dial features three-hand function with luminous hands and markers for easy reading in the dark. It also offers a red-tipped sweep second hand and a day/date window at the three o'clock position. The dial is housed in a generous solid steel case and framed by a unidirectional rotating bezel for measuring elapsed time. The bezel has a blue enamel surface with a dive time scale and attractive and coin-edge detailing. The watch presents on a rugged link bracelet of brushed and polished steel fastens with a foldover buckle and safety clasp. Other notable features include precise quartz movement, a screw-down crown, and a scratch-resistant mineral crystal. Water-resistant to 200 meters, this watch is suitable for swimming and recreational scuba diving.

5 out of 5 stars Great watch at a great price   August 24, 2010
Falconeer (Little Rock, AR)
I bought this watch to replace my knock about Timex (which has taken a licking and keeps on ticking, but looks like it, too). I've very happy with it, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, accurate, reliable, attractive, easy to read, high quality, everyday wear, quartz men's watch. Obviously, this is not a Rolex or an Omega, but it certainly fills the bill, doesn't cost a left arm, keeps better time than an automatic, and is a Bulova. Think of Bulova as a watch and Rolex as man jewelry, and you get the idea. I personally have better things to spend my bucks on than a Rolex. How about you?

I recommend this watch without reservation.

1 out of 5 stars Piece of Junk   August 11, 2010
Billy C. Clanton Jr. (Madison, MS Zone 8a)
I bought a Marine Star about a year ago. The second hand has never been in the correct position. Although rated for 300 meters, the watch now has water in it after an afternoon of kayaking. Spend your money on Swiss Army. I had one that lasted 10 years, and could have been fixed, if I'd wanted.

5 out of 5 stars Outstanding! Great Value!   May 27, 2010
D. W. Frank (New York, USA)
Elegant, handsome and sturdy, this outstanding, great-value watch -- especially for shallow-diving, snorkeling, and active water sports -- keeps excellent time and feels great to wear everyday, too. One of Bulova's best watches all around. Wholeheartedly recommend it.

4 out of 5 stars Mark C. Frye   April 10, 2010

I've own 2 Bulova Watches and love them both. I wear this watch everyday. It keeps great time and is comfortable. My only issue is the bezel - you literally need a spanner wrench to turn it. You really have to dig you finger nail into the slots to turn it. My other Bulova was not like this. I assume this is just an isolate incident. I recommend this watch.

5 out of 5 stars Highly recommend   December 24, 2009

I have 6 or 7 watches and this one is one of my favorite. I would highly recommend for the $. No complaints.
